Comfort Inn & Suites Meriden East

The hotel provided great prices. The venue was clean with pleasant staff that took my reservation for the. My rooms were huge with a jacuzzi and bathroom and microwave.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hot tub and the king bed well everything

I'm all set I would like a part time job at the Meriden Comfort Inn.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD I THINK THE BREAKFAST SHOULD HAVE LONGER TIME FOR BREAKFAST.

Super fast uncomplicated check-in. Very big bed. Good comfort

Centrally located to where I needed to go. Very helpful staff when asked where local businesses were located. Was able to get a proper remote control for TV.

Have to travel to different floors for ice? The remote control for the TV was not setup for switching inputs. Was traveling solo as booked, but given room with 2 queen size beds, would have preferred one bed and more open space.

clean rooms offered safe stay despite noise complaints

Checking in was easy. The luggage storage made it easy. The location is quite convenient , providing access to various attractions.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel alway answer and if they don't know they will find it out for you. The breakfast staff is nice and friendly.

The cleanness

The room was outstanding. Lots of space. The bed was very comfortable with awesome fluffy pillows. I had to ask for more because my fiance hogs them. Loved relaxing on the sofa watching TV. The bench by the closet was a nice touch. The bathroom was very spacious as well. Lots of yummy choices at breakfast. Always fresh coffee or hot water for tea in the lobby with a delicious lemon water. Staff were friendly and responded well to my requests for early check-in and additional items.

The first room was dark and the furniture was a little dusty. After we changed rooms it was much better.

Not the best stay

So we spent a night at this place and honestly, it felt a bit sketchy. The hallways had stains everywhere and the smell was off. My bed had weird brown marks too. Breakfast was okay, but the waffle maker guy got super weird with his comments. Definitely nowhere worth the price to stay.

The room would be better with better lighting and maybe overhead lighting would be better!It would be better if the restaurant was open in the Motel

The room I stayed in on the 5th floor was HUGE, it was completely worth every penny spent on the room. Very clean, comfortable all around. 100% enjoyed my stay, would stay again.!

It took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk, which was a little tedious considering I had just driven 2.5 hours from Massachusetts, but otherwise the person who helped us sign in was very friendly.

Sure of room.. looked clean but had strange smell

NO HOT WATER!!!! When u called at 10 am to complain the answer was "a lot of people showering right now"....thing is that was when my guys was trying to shower. I showered At 8pm still no hot water.
